Delivery bonus cap

Earlier this morning I delivered my first van in GOTM117. My science box needed 132 beakers to fill up and had a few beakers in it (less than 10). The van yielded 152 beakers! It has been reported by numerous players that the delivery is capped at 2/3s of the science box. I have myself verified this on several occasions. I do not recall ever seeing a delivery bonus above 2/3s of the science box.

In case anyone cares, it was demanded Beads from my capital to a rival's capital overseas. I have saves for before and after. I tried the delivery several times to make sure it is repeatable and it is.

If I remember my reading correctly, the 2/3 cap takes effect when your science requirement is over 300.

In otherwords, there is a slight window in between having the ability to get that much for a trade and your science requirement becoming 300+. The max at 300 would be 200. If you received 152 at the 132 point, you may be able to get a few more 100% vans before the cap hits.

I think I remember reading somewhere that when the science cost is below 300, the cap is a little over 200g.
