Desktop Icon & Continuity Question

Very new to FfH. Love it so far. I often daydreamed about making a fantasy themed Civ mod, and I finally discovered it when they posted FfH was getting its own release on the main page. Can't believe I didn't hear or find this sooner.

Anyway, 2 questions:

1) Is there a custom desktop icon available for FfH2? I got one for my Legends of Resolutions (comes standard) and I'd like something to differentiate my Fall from Heaven icon from my Civ4 icon visually.

2) Is Fall from Heaven 2 a remake of the original Fall form Heaven (à la Evil Dead 2) or is there an actual storyline. I ask because it seems like the Fall from Heaven scenario that comes with BtS is a prequel to FfH2.

As for a remake... The original FfH was made before the DLL was released, so it didn't have much to do with the current FfH2 IIRC. Age of Ice (scenario in BtS) is indeed a prequel, produced by Kael and the rest of the team.
