I can't arrange the icons so I"m stuck with this (unless i do the stupid by date by size thing)

I know that, but every time i arrange it the way I'd like, whenever I restart or shut down, and log back on, they're back to the original position.

1.i dunno how to take one
2.its only black background with the usual icons like spybot, DC++, winamp, real player, conquests icon etc

only notable feauture would be the people general icon, that game is from 97 i think

this time I'll you how I organized it:
first 3 rows: rarely used programs
4th row (from calculator to mozillla) commonly used programs
5th row (age of mythology to pinball) rarely used games
6th&7th rows (Rise of Nations TaP to Strong hold crusader) commonly used games.
8th and last row: instant messanger/cmmunications
Btw, I moved trillion to the last row
