Plan:
Well, I only see one problem with going for the Chinese saltpeter city, they have another scource at the other end of their empire, a couple
of squares south of nanking. We woud gain our own scource of saltpeter, but we wouldn't deprive it from the chinese. on the plus side, we would
definately be able to produce cavalry (once we have MT), and cannons.
My thoughts are these, if we get medina and survive, or even before if we can, we need to start producing cavalry, muskets and cannons and
go for the classic combined arms approach. Then upgrade to artillery and infantry when we get replaceable parts. (This would be the ideal method
anyway).

Summary:
This is tough, I think we can pull back, we just need to keep upgrading our defences, then goon an artillery build and then use combined arms to push
the AI back, either that or we need to play catch up and shoot for space.
