did someone ever make a gurkha unit?

I could have sworn that someone had made a gurkha unit; but this forum has become so vast that it is hard to track individual posts down. If no one has made such a unit, then I guess, this post would then be a request for such a unit. I know very little about the history of the good people of Nepal, but I know a little about Britain's Victorian era and how the Gurkha has since become one of Britain's most invaluable military friends. The Gurkhas have lent and raised their kukri on behalf of the British in Asia and Africa for over a hundred years and I would like to see them raise their kukri in Civ3 also.

I have so far been unsuccessful in engaging one of our fine animators; I hope to be luckier this time.

I'm definitely going to take advantage of the unit thread of Lab Monkey's.

But a Gurkha unit without a kukri in sight is just wrong.
