Is there a table comparing the difficulty settings anywhere?
If not, could someone compile one using the XML file? I dont understand some of the terms used.
Here is an excerpt for Settler:
Some things are self explanatory such as free techs and goodies. Others are more obscure (AIPerEraModifier ? )
