Difficulty levels in Civ4

Is there a table comparing the difficulty settings anywhere?
If not, could someone compile one using the XML file? I dont understand some of the terms used.

Some things are self explanatory such as free techs and goodies. Others are more obscure (AIPerEraModifier ? :confused:)
I would be grateful if someone could explain these terms!

Here (think its pre-1.61, so there are probably errors)

I forget all the terms, but the AI per Era Modifier is one that no one seemed to figure out

I believe Train refers to units, World... refers to things like World Wonders
Construct=Buildings
Create=?? Projects ??
