Discussion: Social Policies as Prerequisites for Buildings and etc.

One idea I've been thinking of is making it so social policies can be used as prerequisites for buildings, wonders and etc., so that besides the more "technical" tech tree itself, the social policies can play the role of a "cultural development" tree. The Humanism social policy, for instance, could enable the construction of the Sistine Chapel wonder (which would also require the Acoustics tech it already does).
