well Civilization (Britain,Russia) can have leader and nation (Australia,Canada) can have no leaders

I'm fine with having a consistent face and proper name for the diplomacy screen - it's a nice graphical shorthand for whom I'm talking to - but it would be great for my sense of immersion if titles changed with civics and graphics with technological era. For all other purposes I'd prefer to see reference to the civilization itself.
