Do you eat fast food? If so how often?

I honestly never eat fast food or drink soda. I haven't since my architecture teacher died from it at the age of 55, I realized I want to be as healthy as possible.

The most fast food I eat is normally from the chipper or a chinese takeaway, which is normally about once a fortnight, should the mood take me.

Haven't had anything like a Burger King's in a long while, I prefer the pub burgers

Due to working evenings, fairly often. Between 1 and 3 times a week.

I used to eat fast food once per week or something, but haven't done it since I have seen 'Supersize me'

I eat at Chipotle's on occasion. I don't consider that 'fast food' in the traditional since. Other than that, I haven't been to a burger joint in two years

Oh man I love Wendy's... I could eat it 5 times a week...

But generally - I try to limit fast food to once every couple of weeks. I'm getting older and that stuff makes you fat... (moreso then when you were 20)

If pizza counts (it's certainly not fast ...), once every several weeks. If not, a couple times per year.
