I've been wondering if my vegetable intake is about right: 2 servings a day.
Its impossible to tell if your eating enough vegetables with the given information. It could range from a need 0 cups to to an arbitralily high amount. In fact you could eat 2 servings of vegetables and not have enough nutrients, and eat 1 cup of vegetables and have just enough nutrients, depending on what type of vegetables you eat.
That doesn't answer my question. This isn't about vegetables' merits relative to other foods and other types of vegetable, this is about raw numbers of vegetable servings.
I'm saying its impossible to tell, because it mainly changes from person to person, from diet to diet, and from what kind of vegetables are being intaken (there are probably a million other variables, but as far as I know those are the major).I've been wondering if my vegetable intake is about right: 2 servings a day.
