Do you fear regret?

Could you regret something that wasn't your responsibility?

Hmm. I suppose you could. "I'm sorry (= I regret) running over your cat, but it just ran out without looking before it crossed the road".

"Regret" needs more rigorous definition.

You don't fear regret, you drink until you don't feel it anymore. #HEALTHYhabits

Then you get to replace them with NEW regrets

I don't fear regret near as much as I regret fear.

My SSRIs have removed my ability to feel regret or anymore PTSD type feelings about past events.

Before Id be constantly worried and super stressed about stuff that happened 10-20 years ago.

Sure, but it is also possible that if you wouldnt have done it, you would be now here saying just the opposite.

Yeah, exactly. It's a catch-22 sometimes. At least when you face your fears and do something and it turns out badly, well, you did face your fears  And they will not have such a hold on you in the future, though you will likely not do it again for entirely reasonable and not fear-based reasons.
