That guy was just a funny "clin d'oeuil" to french culture.
And for the one that wants to know what he was saying, well he just cursed. I can't remember the hmm quite long list of words he says but they weren't organised in any special way, so they just mean «go to hell» en masse.
And there was a huge laughter in the movie theatre as he cursed the first time. Especially that it's rare to understand what a foreign character says in an English movie (just a note: we are 98% of francophones in Québec city, and I was in the english version theatre). But we don't swear that way, we've been englishised.
