Does anyone know if there is a mod being developed to clear the fog of war?

One thing that annoys me about this game is the map being brown all the time even AFTER you have discovered an area. Is there a mod that keeps this area cleared and green after you have scouted it out?

There's a console command that removes it completely (permanently), but not a mod as far as I know.
You have to enable debugging in your game, then use the console and type "reveal all".

...then be prepared to sit there for 5 minutes as you clear out all the popups from meeting every civ.

Altered file to enabled debugging (PC) and sure enough I was able to type 'reveal all'
However that seems to be a one-off as I cannot repeat the process in my newer games.
Any suggestions?

I have the same problem with the colours but I dont want to reveal all the map, just change the colors because BOTH are the same color of brown, so I dont know if I already scouted that area or not. There is a way to just change one of the colors?
