Does anyone know what might be causing this graphical issue?

I suspect it might be one of the Warfare Expanded or RED Total War mods but I'm not sure. It happened once when I had City Styles and Warfare Expanded but now I don't have it.

Also this only started happening after the January 28 patch. Sometimes I even get a "crash", in which the audio stops for a second but then goes back to normal but a crash window opens. It's exception access violation code 0x20
