Does DoF make your friends more likely to adopt your ideology?

At very least I think it's highly likely to be true if you adopt order first,AI loves order by default,in my current game I was the first to adopt ideology,Inca was the third and Byzantine was the fourth, both are my friends(super best friends!) and both adopted order.I don't think it would be the case if I adopted freedom or autocracy though, anyway, does this mean order is often your best choice if you want more friends?

Maybe. But either way being friends means it's more likely they have open borders with you and you have trade routes to them, which makes it more likely that you have more tourism with them, which makes your ideology less likely to have dissidents for them.

In this game,I did have open borders and trade routes which made me exotic to Inca and Byzantine,Assyria was the second to pick ideology and went for autocracy,he was not our friends and unknown to us,hence at the time Inca chose which ideology to pick(he was exotic to both me and Assyria though),he could choose any ideologies and be content,it comes to picking freedom(2 free tenets) or order(only 1),guess it's based on his preference?

As a matter of practice; there's a small increase for them liking you (not DOF), but it tends to be dwarfed by the natural setting of that AI.
