@pyroflare77 Thanks for the report of Communism not working as intended (haha), will fix.
The other stuff sounds a bit strange, like Autocracy not changing to Might and still having things like Gunboat Diplomacy. Perhaps you have some mod conflict or other issue, can you send database.log?
Freedom also appears to have code (for the tier 3 tenets at least) that differs from the picture in the OP.
This is a modularity thing. These tenets are rebalanced first and then when (if) Prosperity is loaded they get replaced in Prosperity/BaseIdeologyChanges.sql
 
Aaaah okay. So it's just Volkeshalle mysteriously missing. For the life of me I can't even find it in the code in the first place (not that it necessarily means anything since I couldn't find that part lol).

But upon peeling the mods back to only base VP, religious victory, and this... it's still Co-Prosperity Sphere. Database can't find Volkeshalle either.

Edit: Almost wasn't thorough testing; I took out religious victory and it's still missing. This is 4.21.1, too. Database from that test looks identical to the attached one.

It sounds like the Might.sql file isn't loading -- though I don't see why in the database log.
If I resync the dropbox files can you redownload?
 
At work atm but I did look in the Dropbox and if you resynced it then whatever was available to download like two weeks ago was outdated. I can already tell the might.sql is different than the download i have (it seems like I was at least correct in might existing only on your PC, lol). Should be all good at this point, but I'll verify later when I get home.

Yeah, I didn't even have a Might.sql in what I downloaded, actually. Everything looks to be in working order now, thanks!
 
After a tense Order game have done another tweak of their tenets, addressing some long running issues like how Dictatorship of the Proletariat somehow comes after instituting full-blow Communism.
Replace a lot of City connection bonuses (which at this point are almost always just per-City bonuses) with yields/X military units. I think this is a better place to use that table than Authority.
