Not being able to queue a district then its buildings is pretty bad. That’s one of the key use cases for a production queue. Sigh.
Quick question, how do you bring up the multi queue? I remember seeing it in a stream, but can't remember how.
I had the same problem when a set of natural disasters did this.A spy sabotaged my industrial zone, and I couldn't even queue up the repairs. Have to come back every turn. This feature is useless.
I suppose that's what happened, since my first game didnt have the old queue and the second did, after they updated the mod like you say.
I keep saying this, and I'll repeat it over and over again until they listen, but they NEED to make a sanity check on the AI offering deals. If the AI will give you less than, say, 25 % of default value, then just let them not come and ask. It's quite simple, really. If they player wants to sell all their luxuries - or, as is the new fashion in town - all their diplomatic favor for a few gold, I'm sure the player can find out to approach the AI and make the deal*. But otherwise, just assume player doesn't want to.Now if they just give me a diplomatic "dark mode" so that I can automatically decline any AI initiated deals, I'd be set!
It's supposed to. It has been updated in the Steam Workshop. I haven't tried it out yet myself, because it can't be added to a game that is already in progress.Does the production queue mod work? Mine doesn't seem to.
Yes, that is the part I am complaining about. I want to set it up and not have to worry about it as it goes through that process. The only wacky detail about this process is that multi-components districts proceed through priority steps (such as.. Industrial Zone >> Workshop >> Factory) but not INTO the queue directly -- we (sadly) have to go One-By-One at a time.
From your screenshot, it also appears that you lose the new multi-queue if you have CQUI or the Production Queue mod enabled. May not be a big deal, but that feature is handy for managing many queues quickly.
Why did it take two expansions to implement something as basic to start with?
And they couldnt even get it right.
The whole UI is a massive step down from CiV.
It's harder to read, too many clicks are required, windows and information is badly positioned and there is an odd priority in what information to display in the first place. All together the UI is clunky and time-consuming.
Could be another ui mod interfering. Try disabling these to see if Production Queue suddenly shows up?Does the production queue mod work? Mine doesn't seem to.If someone knows one that works and can point me to it, it'd be much appreciated.
