I'm working on my first domination win on Prince and would like some feedback on my save. I chose Hatshepsut because of the creative trait to claim land, the spiritual trait that allows for faster civic switching when I'm moving between war/rebuild modes, the fast early UU and the unique building allows me to run priest specialists early in new cities to offset some of the cost of conquering them. My plan was to go for chariots early then whack a couple early neighbors keeping only their capitals and then rebuilding my economy then working towards maces/cats for the final onslaught. I was fortunate to have the Greeks and Vikings as close neighbors so I took them out early, and the only opponents are concerned about now are Monty who seems to be lagging in power at the moment, and Wang because he's protective and I've had trouble taking him out before. It's 1AD, and I'm the leader for domination now, however I need more land area and population.

My plan is basically to Backfill after crippling/destroying Monty. This is my first attempt at a warmonger victory so I'm a bit unsure how to proceed from here.

Question I have are as follows:

1) Should I start backfilling now? Barbarians have not been a threat but they have been an annoyance. I also have some large gaps between my cities which opponents might settle in, however I'm not sure if it will cripple my economy.

2) When should my next offensive take place? I'm very happy with my tech slider at 80% however I'm running some specialists to keep it at that level, and if I went back to unit production I would likely need to drop it back down. In my last war I started to run into spears, so I would need time to mix in some axes into my stack as well.

3) How am I doing so far? I felt I had a very strong starting position with gold and horses in my BFC, so 1AD seems to be a bit late to be in the position I'm in now.

Thanks in advance for the feedback, here is the save. It's Warlords with the HOF 2.13.002 mod.
