It is so good. Naval combat feels weighty, and sea control through fortresses provides a lot of bonuses. The new faction is cool, as is the new minor.

The Steam review score should actually be higher, but there are a lot of Chinese users salty that Steam removed a translation mod whose owner kept linking to pirate sites.
