Clueless Barbarian Fool
Okay as promised I went in and created two scenarios. One included my fave civ arabia then I realized that arabia, spain, rome, and greece were not doubles. so double 2 has china and mongolia.
I used the gigantic map mod, and both barbarians as playable. not tested if neither done. see the easter egg comment to add barbarians as playable. you can easily change it back the same way afterwards if you want.
it has both leaders of America, England, France, Germany, India, and Russia. It also has Minor State and Barbarians. Version 1 has Arabia, Rome, Greece, and Spain as well. Version 2 has instead both leaders for China and both leaders for mongolia.
the minor state gets a bunch of basic techs but no traits and no unique units. It gets a scout and a settler.
The barbarian gets only a warrior, no techs, no traits, and no unique units. to get a city you have to be given one [from another civ - yeah, right] or from a friendly village if you're lucky - or you can do what barbarians do and TAKE a city.
remember that each of the doubled nations are different and alliance with one isn't with the other one of the same name.
