Thanks @nonconformist, Lozzy Ozzy and Curt - Yours are awesome btw...

Lots of great (real) drawings in this thread btw :) - here's another one:

(the text is written in Mkhedruli and it says something like "a slaughterer you were born, a slaughterer you should be, who made you become a shepherd? if I remember correctly - I quit painting a few years ago...).

I think you should continue painting, as you have real talent.

.

Yeah, I would really to see more of your stuff :).

Thanks again - I feel like painting something again sometime, but in the recent 6 years, I've rarely had the time and it doesn't look as if this is going to change too soon ...

Anyway - got myself a new camera so I'm digitizing them all and keep them coming...

To keep the momentum going - Another one from the last few weeks....:)

...

:wow:.

You guys...

This is just awesome man...

*Not to sound rude* but is there any chance I could use that "Night" one as a wallpaper?

And is there any chance you could post a higher resolution copy (purely for my own use, of course)? If you don't have one on your PC thats ok... don't go to any hassle for it :).

Thanks, man.

 Awesome Job Curt!

@Lozzy: I take the photos at 3264*2448 resolution, so basically you can have any resolution you want - just tell me what you prefer (I don't see any rudeness in asking for using it as a wallpaper - I rather feel flattered  ).

Personally, I keep the original photos and adjust brightness and contrast in a 1280*1024 picture to use them as wallpapers myself (besides conserving them for the future - my heavy smoking habit makes them appear blunt over time :ack: ).
I just didn't want to annoy ppl with slow connections and didn't want to make people with low resolution settings have to scroll too much, so I scaled them down.
I plan to photoshop versions for myself in which I eradicate signs of my impatience whilst painting (i.e. visible brush strokes, inaccuracies...) - so if you're willing to wait, I can also send those to you...

Thanks mrtn - I really liked the horse you did - minimalistic and every line shows a really aesthetic curve :)!

Here's the last one for today - I'd need to use a flashlight to take further pictures, which would yield in bad results...

The dark symbology and vivid colours really set these in a class of their own.

What we have here are unique works of art!

Ummmm, the highest resolution possible would be nice thanks, and I don't mind waiting if they're going to have improved quality :) (is that correct grammar?). And, to save people's bandwidth, you can PM them to me if you want :).

Thanks again :goodjob:.

Billy's work is really impressive, and i am very fond of dark atmosphere. I especially liked the one with the two wolves :)

Although i do not paint, i can post two of my cities, in which i tried to have some atmosphere of labyrinthine architecture, especially in the first one ;)
