...and another SMAC/SMAX-inspired model: The Free Drone Cityset.
Inspired by the Free Drone bases from SMAX. The cityset has a very industrial feel to it, though it will probably look a bit too modern for anything from the Industrial Age, a bit niche I guess. On the other hand, even if you can't use the entire cityset, you can still steal individual buildings from it, you can never have too many factories and refineries!
Polywise, it's in the range of most other citysets, there are ground textures included and... the shadows are the best I've ever made, because I stopped handpainting them!
