Were those the Theodora pics that were leaked a few days early? Was it CFC staff who leaked it? That would explain why the mods here went totally mental... trying to cover their own asses.

I specifically remember that it was a video that I couldn't access because it was hosted on a filesharing site. The pictures might have come from it, I don't recall.

Yes, it's the Theodora pics I'm thinking of (I think it was a Polish previewer or someone who took heaps of unauthorised screenshots?). The point of the 'censorship' by CFC of that (and a couple of other minor leaks) is that CFC isn't interested in actively pissing 2K off by disseminating confidential information, or by playing host to frankly unlawful behaviour (because confidential information and NDAs are actual legal things, notorious enough to probably at least draw an inference of constructive notice on the part of CFC). Though this discussion would probably best be left to PM...
