I suppose that it look like a bunch of random diacritics marks thrown into a sentence, but they are standard for west slavic and baltic alphabets.
(Vič vér óften modelet áftr Ček alfabet, btv. Except Pouli, bat Pouland álvajs níd samting extra, áj supous.
(Which were often modeled after Czech alphabet, btw. Except Polish, but Poland always need something extra, I suppose)
