You say 210 is turn 1200, but in the 3rd pic it is turn 241? Just saying since I don't understand what you were trying to say in the last sentence.

I had forgotten about Pacifist's building and then giving away Olympic Parks until I saw this thread looking for help on a Babylon UHV. What a ridiculous move- I remember him posting about having golden ages that last for 80 years! 
Babylon's UHV incidentally is probably the most annoying one I've played; it all seems based on luck (whether China beelines for writing, what you get from huts, whether Sush builds an extra warrior, if Egypt builds the Sphinx/Stonehenge first, if there are mercs available for hire, etc. Just one thing goes wrong and you lose
). I tried single-city and capturing Sush several times before I won it, and both ways were terrible.
