Early Buildings

I am making some vicinity bonus buildings for AND. I.e. building that require a resource in the city working area. I have done the gold/gems/silver ones and am about to start on the sea ones then the fermentation ones. Are we going to have overlap here? Wouldn't it be better for some buildings to require the resource in the vicinity especially in the early eras.

I don't think there is. However if the Rendering Plant (makes lamp oil) is eventually made I do not see why you would need a whale vicinity building.
 
For example, the olive presses (fermentation, olives) would produce "lamp oil" also - no? Cotton weavers would produce textiles as would silk weavers, wool weavers and so on... This is what I mean. (Delay in answering due to my modem taking up smoking.)
