Earth Sea Level Fall

Ok, so my nuclear winter map is... Screwy. I decided to make this map using the GEM map for vanilla but it has lower sea levels with more land and less ocean. It is the map I played my "Great Earthean Drought" story on. The map is in early stages so expect it to improve in the near future.
