i honestly don't like them, and im not just saying it to be a jerk,:)

I think that they definitely plagiarized their name from "Earth, Wind, and Fire", and the F really isn't doing anything for me.

EDIT: Curse you, Red Door. :p

well, what ever. I never was known for my spelling. Keeping in character and all.

They are certainly better than those Earth Wind and Fire wannabes!

I don't care if the jokes been made, I'm piling on!

There is no such thing as a "good band"

I'm not asking about wheater or not they are "good"- They are a firm part of American (and perhaps world- given that Daft Punk, as one notable example I can think of, seems to have taken a couple of influences from 'em) music history and culture: That, if not a definition of "Good", is at least a sign of quality music.

Besides, I wasn't calling them "good" to begin with- its clear they are the greatest band in history.

Are you trying to start a new Internet Tradition? Like Chuck Norris? Should I reply to Bill3000 with something like, "Well, sure, except for Earth, Wind and Fire."

That would be pretty awesome. P.S: I dont know about the rest of the people around here, but I know of your name/avatar combinations history, and all i can say is: Thats classic! :D

Something being a firm of a culture has as much to do with quality music as anime is to quality drawing.

well, to be honest, I think there IS a quality to anime. Its lost by being inane most of the time in terms of what it actually depicts, but its a very stylistic style of drawing, and certainly has its charms.

missing the "meh" option

but I applaud your channeling s. colbert

I like Earth, Wind, & Fire better.

They're pretty good. The EW&F field show last year was pretty good stuff, even if the marching was too complicated.
