Easy Upload problem

There may be many sources of error in my uploading. But I am having problems. And this is the timeline:

1) Upload three files through the Easy Upload utility. Receive success confirmation

2) Attempt to start a new thread and to put the pics I uploaded in there. Link used: "http://www.civfanatics.net/uploads2/SOTD_7a.jpg"

3) Preview post, pics spot an "X"

4) Try again (upload). Change the pic link file folder directory to "uploads" instead of "uploads2"

5) Still not working, "X"

6) Check the whole of the directory - files not there

Darn it...did I do something wrong on the way?

I would recommend uploading 1 image at a time. Then go to the uploads2 folder, click the "Last modified" column to sort the file list by date (newly updated files should be at the bottom of the sorted list) to see if your file is uploaded. If it's there, just right click and copy the link.

Yeah, the upload doesn't seem to work when I tried for 2 files at the same time. Had to do it one by one.

Ok I'll try that - but if it doesn't work with two to three files at a time then why is that option there?

I can't even use the "easy" upload system with one file at a time! Whenever I upload something I get the message saying it's successful and then I can't find my file on the new uploads list. I have mentioned this problem before and no one else could find my file either, so then I just gave up and started using the attachment feature. Anyone know what might be wrong?

In the attachment feature can you upload more than one picture or is it strictly limited to one?

I think it's limited to one. You might want to clarify that with the powers-to-be though.
