I'll send the caption as soon as we have 20 people signed up. Sign ups will still be open after that, just with the reserve thing I edited into the first post.

Everybody should be aware that I added a new rule concerning the reserve list
In the case that we end with somebody in the reserve list, that person will also have the opportunity to make a caption from the same picture used by the last person on the list. That way, everybody gets to play

So for this round, if nobody else signs up, Charles Li will not only send the poop to the standard me and Stee, but also to Smartbluma. Stee and Smartbluma will make a caption based off of the same picture and I will post both. I think that's more fair for whoever signs-up last :)
