Editing Civs/Cities

Just a few quick questions in regards to the switch version of Civ 6 - is it possible to rename civilzations/leaders? Also, is it possible to rename cities when They are founded or annexed into your empire?

You can rename cities at least whenever you want. Not 100% sure about the leaders, but I am pretty sure you can rename them too.

Yes you can rename cities. You have to click on the city hexagon, and chose the "written paper" icon that lists the amenities/housing calculations for that particular city. At the top of that screen, you have to press Y to rename the city.

How about renaming your Civ? I'm quite creative so have never play with the defaults on the past Windows versions!
