Elder scrolls mod for civ 6

Hello my name is phil i am a huge fan of the elder scrolls and civilization. but i am not a moder an i think it could be nice to play a scenario on the map of tamriel with the civ of the elder scrolls game if a moder see this thread can you help in the creation of a mod please

They have not added a map editor yet for Civ 6. There is a way to make maps, but I heard they are unstable.
