Ok, is this how you post a sav file? I've never done this before so I don't know if this is how it works. Let me know if I need to do something else.
A few tips:
Greece is the only AI with an SDI system in place. I found that it's located in it's northern most city. I forgot the name, but you can find out which city by spying on Greece's cities until you see the one with the integrated defense wonder (you have plenty of gold). I'd suggest getting a transport with marines ready, and then nuke that city and take it over. I'm pretty sure that if you do this Greece will loose it's SDI defense, and now you can nuke the entire world at will! I didn't do this cause I was too lazy, but I wish I did because it's really annoying loosing all those nukes to SDI.
You also at war with China, whose navy is more "cute" then dangerous, but still they have a large number of subs which can be a problem. I was basically just toying with their navy in this game, and only had 5 or 6 coastal cities actually engaged in the war. It was actually pretty fun, but I never really got around to destroying them. If you want, you can probably get a peace treaty pretty easily until your ready with the Greece thing.
