Ennio Morricone died at 91

A musical legend in Hollywood soundtracks.

One of the best in peace.

He fell, broke a femur, died in a clinic.

you'll allow me a personal favorite:

yeah
When the Italian Westerns came, John Wayne and the likes of him were for me history.
Movies a tango of music and pictures, Ennio Morricone composing our emotions.
Hearing the music of your vid of The Mission I got again that aching lump in my throat, my twisting stomach and my everlasting anger on power abuse.

I like his music also of Malena... and the movie as well BTW.

Too bad he did not make the music for the Italian version of Il Gattopardo

I liked his music for the Marco Polo miniseries:

Whoops, forgot there's a masterpiece with a Morricone score unknown to too many. Not sure if it's STILL banned in France after 50something years, anyway, if you're serious about movies and have already seen The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, just trust me and watch...
