all of them, including the dragon riders (although I disagree with adding the civ), and a new one, Hadarac desert tribes.
I think it said the beginning of January 07.ice2k4 said:Btw, when does the 3rd book come out?
ye go ahead your incharge of the techs nowZenious said:I've toughed through and got most of the basic stuff done with the xml part. I've been thinking... could we add currency (after trade) and paper (after writing and before the languages) to the list of techs?
*logging off to play a bit of Civ IV*
its quite hard to explain but... the heros are going to be the leaders of each civ.Exept for the obvious ones like eragon ayra and brom. You need to ask dalek master who the leaders are because hes doing the civs but i think itsI think I know enough xml to do what your talking about with the heros, but why don't you lay out exactly what you want it to be in terms of heros.
no one yet........who's doing the buildings?
i dont think they have ares exept before the fall and after the fall..EDIT: What should the eras be, or do we need to have any?
I think you should do a huge map and a tiny one, because of CPU speeds, etc. But don't put in the unknown continent because we don't know how big it is or anything about it.
You are helping, aren't you, ice2k4? (so i can put you in my sig)
jamie006 said:dalek master i meant uv done the leaders for the civs.....Havnt you???????
ice2k4 said:Well in the game, if you do the event thing I proposed, when Ajihad does, you could have Nasuada take over, and her unit is produced on the map.
yes true exept for galabotrix. When his unit dies you win so he'l have to be extra strongdalek master said:ok, but eventauly each civ (except the empire), will need a leader without a unit. Otherwise you would need to have LOADS of leaders to take over when the unit dies.![]()
dalek master said:For that hero thingy, I think you should do this:
each civ has the leaders from the books.
all the characters can be trained, but if a "ledaer" type hero, dies, then the civ gets a new leader based on who would be most likely out of the minor or major characters. For instance, If the elven leader were to die in battle, the leader for that civ would be replaced. This would be hard though....
Heroes would just train like normal units, but you can only train them once (no coming back to life).
Also, if gallbatrox (i think, I wish the names were easier), dies, the empire crumples and the goodie civs win. This can be the objective when playing the goodie civs.![]()
When playing the badies, (which ofcourse will have a differnt playing style and feel), you can win by, um I don't know, capture all the 2nd generation dargon-riders? they can be caught and the winner is the one that has all 3 or something.
Sorry, im only about a 5th through eldest if I have shown my ignorance
those civs and stuff coming...
