It is 8am, Day 15 ... I have many units running around (for days now in game turns) on the mainland and positioned one at the TV Station ... But it doesn't indicate that I've won :confused:
check your victory points each turn, are they racking up? You need to stay on the VP for 10 turns.

Contaminated beach should have a little radiation symbol :nuke: on it. It comes from one of the files in your terrain folder: LM_Terrain.pcx or something like that.

I have requested a crudely modified combined harvester ... which has been modified to mow down zombies (similar to some of the amazing Orc and Dwarf machines that you have created for WH mod). This is for the Escape from Zombie Island scenario.

There is No NUKE symbol on the contaminated beach.

Finally ... VICTORY :beer: 8pm, Day 15 ... after 35 hours, 21 minutes and 42 seconds :eek:

Perhaps the fact that it takes time to accumulate the victory points sgould be mentioned in the pedia ... the entry could explain it by the survivors requiring to be isolated and tested and then interviewed for hours until the story is believed.

It was very tough and I think the right balance :thumbsup:
My highlight was that Hannibal received 3 medals for creating 1 champion with every upgrade ... sadly he fell :cry:


Regarding the Female Biker unit ... half are called Biker Gal and the other Hero Hannibal Smith :confused:
 
I believe the 10 turns to win is mentioned in the pedia something about the time it takes them in makeup to get them ready for the cameras.

re. Biker Girls that's the consequence of them being king units -the point is you can only upgrade a Chain Girl to a Biker Girl but you can't build Biker Girls. As they're kings they automatically get the name of the civ leader they belong to. Solution: just rename the units with suitably appropriate names.

:bump: Come on gang request a unit for this scenario in aaglo's unit lottery thread
... It closes in about 24 hours :eek: ... at the moment we have only 3 chances to have a unit created for us :hammer:

@Cloner, that is strange indeed that you see the symbol ... it did appear in previous updates :hmm:

EDIT ... We now have a 4 in 53 chance with the Cloner vote :D
 
Testing the Company now ... great start have ROP and MP with both Farmers and Authorities in addition to getting 50 supplies (their total stash) from each AND I am also getting every turn, +7 from the hicks and +28 from the cops. :clap:

Still not seeing the nuke symbol on contaminated beach.

Regarding my earlier comments on the time taken job tasks ... it takes longer for other fcations because Survivors are Industrious. I'd still look at upping the cost but only so they cannot complete jobs in 1 turn. Perhaps you could give 1 additional HandyMan or even an Engineer (because Authorities and Company would have trained personnel in their staff)

EDIT ... another screenie very early in the game.


I'm very pleased with research which can max out at 100% and still get cash, my CEO will be proud ;)

Nuclear Reactor is 100 shield and produces generator in every connected building ... Generator is 80 shields. This must be changed.

Another is the Cost of the Detective Agency which is only 60 shields, and reduces corruption ... is that in everything or just that Building ????

Perhaps ALL improvement and wonder costs should be re-addressed :)

I sent Daryl Paine (the up arrow is a thing I do to show that he has produced a champion) to scout the Radio Station, basically to see who controls it as it is a very important building for the Company to win ... and if it was under human control I would have to alter my trading strategy (and cease MP and other aid)
I does illustrate the brilliance of the zombie fortification graphic, an improvement that the zombies cannot build which shows that it has been taken from another faction :thumbsup:

detective agency is only for the building itself.

well there's also movie theatre to consider..

it might be adjusted not to squeeze every drop of blood from the AI, they might need those to expand...I ususally go easy on them hoping they would grow.

near Mr. Tokugawa and holdout...there is a huge plot of lands unused. Perhap there might be some use for it??? It seem a waste not to use them....
 
@Cloner that area is great to get those aid packages that have been blown off course.

In ALL factions I have a dog unit running around there and picking up +25 supplies almost every turn or so.

But maybe if a building is needed (after the release of this version) a fishing village for Farmers ???
