I'm not sure. But the reason they're missing from there is because although the game knows you have them, it does not register them as "Your troop".

No. They would retain their nationality even when upgraded.

If you want to use this, here is some icons which could be used for this additional Zombie defense build.

Once zombies have taken a building, by default there would have to be a number of dead bodies around ... Necrotic Bacteria or Necrotic Infection would be an improvement that adds a defensive bonus to a building ... the bonus would be accumulative to any other defence bonus including Fortification which of course they cannot build themselves.

It would be invisible to the eye because basically it is bacteria infecting the dead bodies ... it would cause noxious and corrosive (for units that are machine) gases and sludge to envelope the building ... and above all a stench that causes even the most hardened person to begin gagging and retching ... very difficult to fight when all you want to do is vomit.

Being invisible it would not require a building graphic as this is already used to show a building with fortifications in place that has been over run.

I should be a zombie specific improvement :rolleyes: and be available from the beginning and should not really cost much.

As soon as a body dies, internal and external bacteria begin the process of breaking down tissue, the time taken is dependant on the condition of the corpse. In some cases the bacteria is especially virulent and can create noxious biproducts in the form of toxic gases and caustic fluids.

Since this process is on a microscopic level, the only indication that Necrotic Bacteria has infected the building is a tell tale carnal stench and it's presence causes an extreme adverse effect on everything other than the zombies.

All units are less effective in this type of environment and there is a marked reduction in their efficiency. Humans are constantly fighting off the need to vomit and faint, while machines are inhibited by the sticky and sometimes slippery mess that has spread throughout the building and can clog their workings.




Also I have been reading through the game texts ... and I believe that Farmers cannot DRAFT citizens.
 
He's not bad although I'd have to rename the Spunky Kid to Pudgy Kid and Timmy to Fatty. Still, I like the stone throwing attack. The fidget animation is illegal ;)
 
Just a heads up ... although I see that many aready know :)

Another Unit Lottery this one by Wyrm this one is slightly different and is for non biological units, and no spaceships. I can do tanks, cars,trucks, ships,subs,planes. If it's already done for SOE, and you're not sure, PM me 1st. So that pretty much leaves post-ww2. Sorry if I've limited you.

I don't check out the lottery sectioin so if there is any new lottery and you need a hand make sure you post.
 
Virote_Considon... Haven't forgotten about you guys. It is just going Tediously due to Thousands of factors. Adjustments, Additions and Testing to find the way to have all work as wanted. Currently trying some radical experiments concerning the Survivors and Zombies.
I also have to make some new pcx files, unit sounds and recolor some units for use. Big back log of things to do.
IF King Arthur and I were able to get together in person, that would speed things along much faster. As it is, we have to try to communicate all details by E-Mail. That takes longer then making any adjustments or additions. Game testing, as you know, requires at least 12-15 hours of play to test changes.

I will be sending King Arthur a Bic to play test concerning the Survivors and Zombies. It has radical changes...We will be able to discuss all and hope to complete those Factions. Then go through the Company, Authorities and Farmers. Over all adjustments will be made after all Factions are basically finished. We want to adjust each Faction so each can go for their particular type of Win. When all are finished they will collectively affect each other and the Zombies. Keeping this in mind, I have set up all other game units with quick settings that will help to see how they will affect the Game, the Faction being worked on now and the Zombies.
...Not fast or easy at all. If it was just the Survivors against the Zombies, it would be much easier to adjust.
If this does not work out exactly as we want, we will certainly have better things come from it concerning the game.
 
I have also requested the the War Vet unit be completed, as it is there is NO Victory nor Fidget.

I assume that without these the unit I won in the lottery would just be in 'placeholder' position. :(
 
I don't think we can use that Old Man unit as it stands currently fe3333au. I just wish SOG had taken up Vuldacon's offer of help and asked for more advice on how we wanted him to look - no tin hit, fancy pyjamas or slippers for example.
