Well, I am a citizen of Kazakhstan and I really don't think that our president is a dictator. He IS a really clever guy. And YES, it IS true. More than 70% of population supports him. I and my whole family voted for him back in 2006. It is because of him we are the most advanced country in Eurasia (and, well, we've got plenties of natural resources - every element from the periodic table can be found in Kazakhstan). We also CAN protect ourselves on our own. We DO have an army of our own. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Military_of_Kazakhstan). Also, you are quite wrong about Russians. There ARE NOT rascists. We lived with russians for centuries by now.
