It may not be the most recent version, though, because I seem to have downloaded the mod August 1, 2012, and I don't recall downloading any updated versions.

No worries, do you know by chance if it was at least after it was updated with the scenario? Once I get my Test of Time mod out, I plan on updating Eurocentrism with some major improvements

I don't think so, as you add the scenario in the version of July, 2013, I don't think the version of 2012 would contain the scenario.

Updated to version 1.3! (Not really sure what number I was on....but 1.3 sounds good)
Most things completely redone.
-All wonders/projects removed...and placed in new ones (many were already in) as replacements for non European Wonders (ex. Knossos Labyrinth for Chechen Itza. It has the same stats so better game balance)
-Most civs get new Civlike buttons and flags, for much better looking civ style game
-Not all civs have 2 UU's now, some more, some less
-1600 scenario is in there
-5 or so LH added
-Islam added as a scenario only religion
