This is a scenario I made as a side project. It includes all the European CIVs from BTS plus I have added some more. Here is the CIV list:

-English Empire - Churchill
-Irish Empire (Celtia) - Brennus
-French Empire - De Gaulle
-German Empire - Bismarck
-Greek Empire - Alexander
-Austrian Empire (Holy Rome) - Charlemagne
-Dutch Empire - Willem van Oranje
-Turkish Empire (Ottomans) - Mehmed II
-Portuguese Empire - Joao II
-Roman Empire - Augustus Caesar
-Russian Empire - Stalin
-Spanish Empire - Isabella
-Viking Empire - Ragnar
-Arabian Empire - Saladin
-Carthaginian Empire - Hannibal
-Egyptian Empire - Ramesses II
-Polish Empire (Germany) - Henry (Peter)
-Scotish Empire (Celtia) - Robert (Brennus)

All civs start with Capital City and 1 Warrior. You have no contact with anyone altough England and the Netherlands usaully meet after several goes.

Installation Instructions:

1)Unzip
2)Go to C:\Program Files\2K Games\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4 Complete\Beyond the Sword in your files.
3) Copy and paste assets and publicmaps. Assets won't change anything-it just countains new flags

Known Problems:

Spoiler :

-Scotland has a wierd bit of revealed map.
-Russia has a playercolor problem.If you downloaded before 16:14 (27/1/13) download again-I have added playercolor infos and colorvals. Make a backup of the original file first though

Which map of Europe are you using? The one that comes with vanila game?

It was the one that comes with BTS. It said CIVBEYONDSWORDWBSAVE. I might make some versions for vannila and warlords though...

There is a folder in the BtS directory called CustomAssets, you can add stuff to that to make simple mods (instead of the normal method of mod-loading).

Thanks alot. I will do the those changes, except my CIV4 disk isn't working. My first one got scratched and now I think my CD-reader has packed in as well . If anyone wants to do the changes and upload them then I'll delete the old file and change the link here (just put me in the credits). If not, I'll wait until I can repair the CD-drive...

I do have 3.19, its just the disk stopped working when I was trying to reinstall. I accidentaly overwrite an original file so I inistalled, then It wouldn't let me install

To late-uninstalled and can't install it. Just checked program files and not there. I will somehow get round this, and then I can do modding again
