Is Y wrapping turned on?
What's the barbarian settings?

No Changes for Statue of Zeus nor KT, both are overpowered as it is, and having to disable the resources they need is just ******** in my opinion.

Y wrapping is not working, its a Random Game.
Roaming.

What I've seen done is for SOZ is to remove the ivory need and add 100-200 shields to the cost or made a small wonder (available to all)

Also for KT, I've seen it made a small wonder (available to all)

The reason for removing the ivory requirement is the potential for a nation with an Ivory monopoly getting one of the most powerful AA units without any risk losing the wonder to anyone else. If you expect alot of bloodshed in this one making both small wonders would balance the playing field a bit more.

I'll go with Greece.

edit, and I'm GMT -5 so my normal play times would be around 01:00 to 03:00 GMT.
