[MOD] Expansion Mod (Announcement)

Hello to All

For now this is only announcement and some screens from my mod.
Mod based on one of the greatest C3C mod Rise and Rule.
Adds many new Techs, Units, Resources and much more, but retains "original soul" of game.
Mod is almost finished. For now I'm working on civilopedia and text.

yes.
i'll almost finish it, but i'm busy at work and when i find some time i'll release it immediately.
