Ok we have decided to do away with TBD, orinallyalapopdoaia (wrong spelling i know) i intend not to poll this, but the president pm'ed me and you don't say know to the president. so here the options.

Russia
China
America
Aztec
Rome
Abandon
Other Civ (specify)
Abstain

if none gets 50% then it goes to russia. If we abandon we will have to disband our worker and musket man. The FAmily prefers aztecs. Giving it to rome is just silly. Vote away 48hours.

oh and can someone tell me what TBD means.

Rename TBD first.

America, since I want to split the Russian alliance.

TBD means "To Be Decided", or something along those lines. Maybe "To Be Determined".

I did not notice the Nobody did not know that. It seems that the FAmily knows absolutely nothing. :)

LOL, in NSA and CIA (the real one, not Blackhearts) circles, we call that "plausible deniability" :)

I went for America on this one, sorry I just can't bring myself to give it to Russia as a "reward" for their agression. Rome etc are too weak, China is already too strong. America is a similar strength to Russia and has a MPP with them, so if Russia still want to take it they will have to break their alliance. America already has coal, and the city is not near their main territory so we are not giving them anything particularly valuable, just another coal to trade.

PS: remember to move the Worker into the city and sell the Temple before gifting it, whoever we gift it to.

Notice how plausible deniability doesn't really work when you're in a position of authority and people know or think that you know ;)

LOL, plausible deniability works at its best when people know or think what you know, but cannot do anything about it but snivel "conspiracy theory" since you indeed are in a position of authority, and you can sit back and laugh at them :D

They know that you know that they know that you know that you think they don't know but they know but can't do anything but they still know.

They are in shadows, you're in light.

this poll is finished, i just stuffed up the lenght of the poll, 48 days in stead of 2. russia gets the city

Why did people vote Russia? It's obvious it shouldn't go to the aggressor!

Well, it's a bit of a bonehead play to give it to Russia, but I guess the majority speaks... :crazyeye:

I concur. I am surprised that no one voted for the obvious choice: China.

Oh, well. Too late to vote for the best option now, as we need to keep frpm rewarding Russia for their lack of respect.. Let's put America in the same situation we were in.

Well, if it's not too late, could I change my vote to "America"? It doesn't make any sense for us to give the town to Russia when they're the aggressor. I still say the best option is to abandon it completely, but gifting it to America is the next best thing.

I would have, but it didn't have enough support (any at all) in the poll's last hours.

GA's right. I stayed out of this God-like decision-making exercise 'cause you people are flippin' out again. On one hand you say "Let's be everyone's friend ans save the world", then you go halfway around that world and trek across a continent to rob a nation of its deserved natuaral resources. When they come to investigate, you say "Screw these people, we don't like they way they're looking at us", so you want to give the city to a nation YOU feel deserves it. How quaint.

In your quest for popularity and ultimately the sacred "Diplo" Victory, you might want to remind the other nations of your benevolence and true God-like nature, instead of your covert actions in controlling their world.
