How could anyone identify the several old blokes with beards wearing sheets (e.g. the one next to Stalin)?

Someone should post a version of the image with letters or numbers on each of the characters so that people can list them by letter or number and we can know which of them have been identified.

If by "talking to" you mean "about to thump", then, yes, that's what it looks like.
