<b>I cannot get my Civ advanced beyong using Calvary </b> before 2050 and have to retire.
I have never used a tank.
How do I get my Civ up to speed to use these items?
In Civ1 and Civ21 playing Chieftain I would be in space by 1900.
In Civ3 - I am a backward ass society.
