Personally, I like the scientific advisor most.

NOTE: I will say this since somebody will inevitably ask (or wonder) what is meant by "favorite." "Is it the most useful?" "The most attractive?" When you vote (should you), your choice should be based on your gut feeling, which may or may not include usefulness, not repeating unnecessary things, attractiveness, smartest, etc.

Also -- I know this is totally unrelated to this thread, so mods, I don't blame you if you edit this out -- please check out my ideas thread if you haven't already (in which case, check soon since it will be updated): http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=84835

I wish this was multipe chioce..hmm let me see here,

in this order....

Scientific - People say I'm the smartest, I build a lot of stuff
Foreign - I like how the guy looks when somebody declares war
Military - Tough, and cool with all the military stuff on
Trade - Quiet, nice, barely happy, but useful for trades

All the rest are kind of blah.....but still useful....

I like the science advisor most because when I started playing Civilization III his advice really helped while the other advisors didn't help much. He looks the best too, I like the olive branches on his head.

I like the military advisor because he's a cool dude, fanatically loyal, and a hardass, plus probably the most useful as far as determining what your money needs to be spent on, he can tell you all about your neighbors' military so you know whether to buff up your military or start building culture.

Second would be the Science Advisor, sure he's kind of a nerd, but he's a nice guy and very upbeat, and where would we be without being able to choose our next area of research?

EDIT: Also, does anyone else love how the advisors' clothes change throughout the ages? In the Ancient Age th emilitary advisor has some bronzr or copper armor and tin can of a helmet, and by the ancient age he's got full camo and and all this modern equipment.

I'd have to go with the Millitary Advisor due to the amount of time I spend analyzing my forces and comparing them to others. He is never satisfied with what you have and strongly protests any disbanding of units (even the outdated ones). He also provides some useful info on the other civs.

My favourite is the military advisor. He actually has a little useful information.

The only one I ever listen to is the Military Advisor - and only when comparing our military with other nations when not having a spy in their capital.

He'll compare the military forces, and give you a rough outline of who's got the better military.

All other advisors are imo 100% useless, I really couldn't care less about their whining and incoherent 'advise'. I look at all screens almost every turn, and find them all useful - it's just the advisors themselves that are immensely stupid!

Who doesn't like the smiling round cheeked scientific advisor. He always gives me a god feeling

What? Noone said the Domestic?

Easily the most useful & used advisor. The only advisor I check multiple times every turn, she lets me know at the end what cities are going to riot, my shield/food/corruption breakdown for every city, what my spending is, if I'm at war, mobilized, ect ect ect.

Followed by(although she lapped these guys already):
2. Foreign
3. Military

Military, he is by far the coolest.
