Oreos would be a cross between bourbons and custard creams. The former has a chocolate shell and filling, while the latter has a plain shell and custard (I assume) filling.

Why oh why would you call something as delicious as an Oreo a "buttwiper"?

Jammy dodgers or Jaffa cakes which are buscuits ok, no matter how you may try and lable them: a rose by any other name... Actually I've changed my mind chocolate herb knerbs or "hob-knobs" as we call them over here.

Buttwipers is no English slang I'm familliar with, I think he's being facetious.

But German biscuit technology is far superior! Ginger crackers - Yum!
