Favorite Soda

Sprite and Mountain Dew. If I'm in the US then I like Sierra Mist.

Coca-Cola and Mountain Dew..

I type this surrounded by 12 empty mountain dew cans..

Like Marla, I am addicted to soda (actually we are addicted to the caffeine). You only have 12 cans around you!?!? I just hauled out a garbage bag full of crushed Mountain Dew empties.

Pepsi (preferably caffeine-free) or sprite.

If you've never tried the Stewart's line of sodas, you should. They have excellent vanilla cream and root beer sodas (they only come in 12oz. bottles). But, the best of all is the orange cream <--my favorite soda. Strangely enough, the one place that absolutely always has them is the Barnes and Noble bookstore.

Root beer about once a month, Cream soda whenver it's available.

As a big time soda drinker I've had alot of differen't sodas, and I have come across no other soda that can beat a local bottler here in CT, Hosmer Mountain, peticularly their grape soda. Hosmer Mountain Grape most definitely the beverage of the Gods. :D

Other great brands: anything from A-Treat, Boyland's Red Cream, and most everything from Jones soda.

Also I'm always on the hunt for hard to find local brands, any hints?

I try to regularly clear my desk of empties. I cleared those off about an hour ago.. I've got another 6 finished off already. I think I'm out of mountain dew now though. Just a 12 pack of sierra mist and 2 liter of coke.

I prefer Coca-Cola over Fanta (this one must be produced in Brazil which tastes much better than the Swiss one) and Sprite.

I hate Pepsi and Dr. Pepper, which I payed 1£ (clearly over-expensive) in London for. I wish I had bought a coke :(

Plain old apple juice with carbonated water or lemon with carbonated water,
Schweppes tonic water also comes to my mind (even better with vodka or gin).
As I do much sports my No.1 drink is plain cool water without fancy bubbles. Soft drinks are just overprized, do not quench the thirst and make you fat.

Rivella, all the way :goodjob: the red one for me, though green isn't bad either

followed but classic Coca Cola

I like Lucozade and Appletize if we're going for strictly fizzy drinks. Otherwise I like malted soya milk, mocha frappaccinos and fruit juices :)

Mountain Dew. That red cherryish Mountain Dew is also pretty good. Also Cherry Pepsi, and any of the grape sodas (yay for Stewarts but I'm not near any). There was a "Mountain Dew Pitch Black" or some such a while ago that seemed grape, but they apparently stopped making it, no doubt it was just too good to continue selling.

Well, Boylan's Sugar Cane Cola, but I can never get that with any sort of regularity.

Out of major, national brands: Coca-Cola, hands down. :D

Fanta Orange, not that I'd ever call a soft drink 'soda'

Rivella Red certainly was my favourite as a kid, now I don't seem to have a favourite Soda, but I'm totally addicted to Ice Tea. ...

Btw. Does anyone (but the Swiss in here) actually know Rivella?
