The codification of the Laws and Official policies of Amure.

The Rulers:

The people of Amure will be governed by a person in the position of the Caswallen, who will have, in most cases (see below), the final decision on all policy making.
The caswallen will be elected from the most competent scholars of Oghma by a vote of elected representatives from Major Religious and Secular powers.
The caswallen will be chosen from the Scholars, as they are the ones most accepted to be in tune with the search of knowledge.
In rare cases, or times of need, the caswallen may be chosen among the other priesthoods.

The other Elected representatives will compose the Council, who will create legislature for the Caswallen to pass.
Representatives will be any who receive a majority vote of a designated group.
Such groups are:
Priesthood of Oghma
Priesthood of Bhall
The Amure nobility
People of Cevedes (excluding Nobility)
People of Nimirail (excluding Nobility)
People of the Countryside of Cevedes (excluding Nobility)
People of the Countryside of Nimirail (excluding Nobility)

Each group will have 3 representatives, who will each have an individual and equal voice in the provinces. To create legislature, a majority must agree on the law before it is passed to Caswallen, who will sign or deny it.

Any addition to the list of representative bodies require a majority vote by existing representatives, OR a petition signed by 1/5 of the Amurite population.

Laws are enforced by the Shield of Kylorin.

NOTICE TO LURKERS

If there are any lurkers who would like to take on a special guest appearance within the FFH NES II world and would like more details of what that would entail, please PM or e-mail me.

Applicants would be expected to play 'seriously' even though their role would be temporary (just 3-4 updates), write stories befitting their role (usually about 1 story per update, sometimes less, usually not more unless they felt very creative), peform diplomacy and otherwise generally immerse themselves in the NES.

I know this is very late and kind of random, but I finally found an image that fit my Sheaim for a flag...

I am confused, what are we supposed to do? Lead barbarian armies to better give the game it's unpredictability? Be a Bannor researcher unleashing a powerful pathogen capable of wiping out a country within minutes turning everyone into zombies and then commanding them? Lead the other half of Amurite civil war? Destroy the zombie threat with only red and white umbrella? I think you should clarify it

I'm pretty sure he will if you email/PM him. He's looking for interested parties ATM. If I had to guess I'd say he's intentionally keeping whatever he's up to under wraps a bit, making it a surprise.

But what do I know, really. It's not like it's my idea, or anything.

EDIT: And Tyrs, you're not really all that late. I finally got around to a flag just a couple days ago - although I made mine with the excellent assistance of MS Paint.

A special thank-you to all the applicants- i had not realized there were so many lurkers.
I have choosen the three that first responded (to be fair).

At this time i will not be accepting any more applications for a 'guest appearance' but you can rest assured that i do not plan to make this the last time we have 'guests appearances'

All stats are for turn 9. I didn't want to provide recent stats. Average gold income is 28.1. Average food income is 17.7. Average research income is 23. Average stability is 97.7

I tried using paint, to discover that yet another basic component of my windows doesn't work, heh. That and Word...
