Not much of this even relates to me, yet I'm still confused. And crap, I forgot my order while tring to figure out what's going on...

Pretty simple, really:

Zombies attack the main continent, everyone goes apeshit. Bannor call for them to head an attack of some sorts, Amurites and Mist Elves agree to using the life mana present in the Tomb of Secullus, Grigori flounder about like fish as they get smacked silly by the zombies. Hippus are.... riding their horses or something, possibly seeking to coordinate an attack with the Bannor, but this may not be so since the Bannor- not being the focal point of the attack anymore- say that there is no organisation present and pull out, leaving just the Amurites and Elves in doing their ritual to attempt to banish the zombies. Hippus still trounce about on their horses and the Grigori continue to be meatshields!

On a side note I forgot the Sheaim even existed!

Yeah it seems that at some point that more allies isn't always better. It should be true that having 5 or 6 nations working on one plan would be good, but it must be a nightmare to organize. But then again, that attack on the Clan last turn was pretty complex and organized from 4 factions, IIRC. I guess it really all depends on the circumstances.

Well, I hope you guys came up with something cool to fight those zombies. :goodjob: We'll all be watching.

On a side note I forgot the Sheaim even existed!

Yeah, I guessed that everyone did. I tried to make some attempt to get noticed, but I guess giant unnatural birds and teleportation just isn't enough for these people. I offered my magic...as long as I got compensation...

Well in my defence I do not believe the Shieam and the Mist Elves have established contact.

Eh, directly perhaps not. I think it would be enough that we could seek each other out if desired. You're excused.

The Treaty of Darkvale

As of the year 415, the ‘Als, Halluchuirp, and Sidar declare peace contingent on the following:

The Sidar will pay war reparations to the ‘Als and Halluchuirp. For two turns the Sidar will be allowed to defer payment in order to allow their economy to grow. Every turn after that, the Sidar will pay at a rate of 4 gold to the ‘Als and 4 gold to Halluchuirp every turn until the Sidar have payed 50 gold to the ‘Als and 50 gold to the Halluchuirp. In order to reduce the time required to pay off this sum, the Sidar can choose at any time to make earlier or larger payments than required. Because of the generous nature of the 'Als and Halluchuirp, the ownership of the city and province of Shroudane will be returned to the Sidar.

I, Lord Malus, Dread Emperor of the Empire of 'Als hereby swear that all of the resolves and tenets of this Treaty of Darkvale will be upheld by myself and my successors to be obeyed as law throughout my lands.

I, Verol, Grand Master Crafter of the Halluchuirp Nation, hereby swear that all of the resolves and tenets of this Treaty of Darkvale will be upheld by myself and my successors to be obeyed as law throughout my lands.

I, Adam, hereby swear that the all of the resolves and tenets of this Treaty of Darkvale will be upheld by myself and my successors to be obeyed as law throughout my lands.

May any who violate this pact be spurned by Junil, ruined by Ceridwen, culled by Death, and buried by Kilmorph, for all eternity.

Do the sidar start payent this turn or next turn>?

I've read the orders and i got to say that the ir-o-kee and grigori are screwed.
life ritual=underfunded (only one player nation contributed funds)
organzied military defence=absent
grigori orders=absent

unexpected assistance from unexpected source=absent.

you reap what you sow.

immaculate

Oh crap. I guess we will each just have to barricade ourselves in our homes and hope for the best, or at least hope not for the worst...

I can't send in orders: I don't understand what the Ritualists are supposed to do. I don't know how my people currently feel, I don't know current status of Anti-Zombie and how they will fight. I don't know how many men of what kind will arrive. I don't know what kind of defense I should mount.

so there. BTW Hippus are already being assaulted.

Send all United Ref dudes to defend Ir-O-kee. The Brave will just be brave, take funds and die. SEnd 8 gold to the ritual.

Its too late to give orders Charles. I've already written that part of the update- also- proper channel is e-mail, same as always. This turn, charles, you haven't send orders.

I'm sorry if you are confused about what is going on but you should have addressed those confusions earlier in the week, not now when orders are overdue.

Again, sorry.... i don't feel i am unjustly picking on you- i am applying the rules. Don't worry- one of your cities survived.

I.

To be honest I think that's perfectly fair.

By the way, I do hope Junil understands the Dove-Yellow are not recognised as a nation-state :mischief:.

No- Junil thinks you did nothing whatsoever to assist them (including the diplomacy thing which you are required to do- if you had an organized resistance would have taken place). you can expect the wrath of your god this turn.

Wow. Zombie apocraylipse and complete chaos for international military command? Looks bad.

Wow. Zombie apocraylipse and complete chaos for international military command? Looks bad. FUN

There you go, I fixed that small grammar mistake for you.

If Ir-O-Kee is screwed, so am I :(

the thing is, this thing could have been nipped in the bud a LONG time ago and wasn't so it grew and grew and grew and now we are seeing the results of that.... its like tumour metastasis

So, if Bannor didn't extend protection AND if I didn't get vassalized or got my MH unit killed, I could have settled an outpost by Update 7 concerning my economic powers then and when the first of them get changed I can have the New Time Line Amurites to help me get rid of ithem.

But Bannor did extend protection, forcing me to look inward and not outward. And then my military got compromised, forcing the Grigori into a tight sphere of mistrust, including of those of his allies. The Infected expanded as they will and now took over one of my cities, swelling their numbers furthur.

So there, it is all YOUR FAULT NORTHERN EMPIRES! :p
